Austin Downtown Experience|November

Join us for our monthly Austin Downtown Experience presented by David Shapiro: Happy Hour at Galvanize.

We’re excited to announce new changes starting in November!  1) We’re partnering with a different charity each month so we can do some good while having fun. 2) We’ll be charging for tickets so that we can raise money for those charities… don’t worry,  it’s only $5-10 depending on how quickly you act.

This month, we are proud to announce that a portion of the ticket proceeds will support Heroes for Children, a charity that supports families of children with cancer.

A little background on this event:  David Shapiro is the expert on how to make the “downtown lifestyle” work for buyers and has become the go-to-Realtor for a number of young professionals and young families who want just that. More importantly, he knows that partnering with Austin’s SocialQuencher to throw a party at the city’s trendiest locations is the best way to network.

Who is this event for?

All like-minded Downtown dwellers, workers, and explorers that share an enthusiasm for the Austin DT Lifestyle are welcome. This event is to meet and mingle; to start new business and personal relationships, and grow existing ones. Why not do that while sipping free cocktails at a hip spot downtown?

David will be available throughout the night for anyone that wants to pick his brain on real estate and/or investing. I will be available to ensure you have a cocktail in hand at all times. 😉

What’s the best way to get there?

The entrance to Galvanize is on Nueces St between Cesar Chavez (1st) and 2nd St. We encourage sustainable means of transportation like walking and biking. You can also use Car2Go or RideSharing apps. If you do drive, The City Hall and Violet Crown parking garages are about a block away.  There is also another garage on San Antonio Street.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Save a tree, it’s not necessary.

Hope to see both familiar and new faces on Thursday, November 10th!
